Device Shots is a free tool for creating device mockups. It is designed so that your work stays on your device.

What happens to your screenshots

Everything you do in the editor (loading screenshots, composing, exporting) runs inside your browser. Screenshots and exported images are never sent to our servers or to any third party. Projects are autosaved to your browser’s local storage (IndexedDB) so you can return to them; clearing your browser data removes them.

Share links

When you copy a share link, the layout (canvas size, devices, text, shapes, colours) is encoded into the link itself. Screenshots and uploaded images are deliberately excluded. Anyone with the link can open the layout.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count page views and measure performance. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across sites.

Hosting and logs

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to deliver and protect the service. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Cookies

Device Shots does not set tracking cookies. Local storage is used only to keep your projects and editor preferences on your own device.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date.
