By using Device Shots (the “service”) you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the service.

Use of the service

The service is provided free of charge, “as is” and without warranty of any kind. You may use the mockups you create for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for the content you add (screenshots, images, text) and for having the rights to use it.

Device imagery and trademarks

Device names and designs are trademarks of their respective owners (Apple, Google, Samsung, Microsoft, Dell and others). Device Shots is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Frames are provided for illustrative mockup purposes.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that projects stored in your browser will persist.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Device Shots and its authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
